Kirk Stafford, Director, leads the SVB private bank for the Greater Los Angeles region delivering curated financial solutions to a diverse range of founders and venture capital investors in Southern California’s technology and innovation ecosystem. Prior to joining SVB, Kirk spent 10 years at Deutsche Bank in New York and Los Angeles, where he focused on providing banking, investment and tailored lending solutions to ultra high net worth clients. He also worked in corporate investment banking at Citigroup, as well as in middle-market lending at M&T Bank. Kirk received his bachelor’s degree in international business and world trade from the University at Buffalo. He also holds his Series 7, 63, 65 and 66 licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
