Kito de Boer joined the Office of the Quartet in January 2015 from McKinsey & Company, where he was a Director (senior Partner), based in Dubai. As a Head of Mission, Kito leads on the Office’s strategy on Palestinian economic and institutional empowerment, including matters concerning rule of law, economic development, and movement and access. Over the last two decades at McKinsey, Kito has served senior leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and South Asia, helping them translates bold aspirations into reality in areas such as labor-market reform, economic development, education and healthcare. Kito joined McKinsey in London in 1985 and transferred to India in 1993, where he led the New Delhi office.
