Kristin leads Castlight’s efforts to forge and manage relationships with health plans and pharmacy benefit managers. This includes the operations to support the ongoing data sharing and co-development efforts to service our shared customers. Previously, Kristin was vice president at DaVita HealthCare Partners, a Fortune 500 and one of the largest national healthcare providers. She was responsible for corporate strategy, Falcon EHR (electronic health records business), and recruiting for the Redwoods Leadership Development Program. She co-led due diligence in DaVita’s $4.4B merger with HealthCare Partners. Kristin earned her bachelors in international relations and minor in human biology from Stanford University. After a consulting career at Bain & Co. and The Bridgespan Group, Kristin worked at Chiron Corporation before returning to Stanford to earn her MBA and JD. She serves on the executive board of Spark, a non-profit engaging at-risk youth in California.
