Kshitij Bhatia

Kshitij Bhatia is based in Mumbai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and focuses on investment activities in India. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked as a Vice President at Lazard in New York where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring transactions in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. Prior to that, he worked as a Manager with Deloitte Consulting in Cleveland. Mr. Bhatia holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
