Larissa V. Belova joined CBRE Global Investors in 2019, and serves as Deputy Portfolio Manager for CBRE U.S. Core Partners. Ms. Belova’s real estate experience includes roles in acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, structured finance, capital raising and investor relations. Prior to joining CBRE Global Investors, Ms. Belova was a Senior Vice President at Thor Equities, where she led global institutional client development and capital raising, and structured and executed over $2.5 billion in transactions of high street retail, office, and mixed-use assets in the United States and Western Europe.
