Larraine D. Segil is CEO of Larraine Segil Inc., consulting with companies on global strategy, management and alliances. Since 1991, she has been a senior research fellow at the IC2 Institute at the University of Texas, Austin. She is a 25-year member of the Board of Advisors of the Price Center for Entrepreneurship at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and an Adjunct Professor of the Southwestern School of Law and a member of its Board of Trustees. Ms. Segil presented a two-day Executive Education program on Strategic Alliances at Caltech for 24 years. She is partner emeritus at Vantage Partners, LLC., a strategic alliances and conflict resolution firm, where she was a partner and member of the Board. Ms. Segil was a partner/co-founder of The Lared Group, a consulting firm on strategic alliances, until its acquisition by Vantage Partners in 2003.
