In 2006, Larry Lopez moved from Silicon Valley to Perth, bringing with him his wisdom of technology investment, global venture capital, entrepreneurship and financing for start-up companies. For eighteen years, Larry held senior and executive positions at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), playing a key role in the growth of the SVB Financial Group from a community bank to a global financial leader. In his role at SVB he sponsored the Bank’s investment in numerous European, Israeli and Australian venture capital funds. Over the years, Larry worked with hundreds of offshore companies launching products in Silicon Valley, and served on boards in Stockholm, London and Australia.
