Mr. Souviron has more than 22 years of investment banking and private investment experience. Previously, Mr. Souviron was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. He joined the company in 1988 in New York in the mergers and acquisitions department. He moved to Morgan Stanley, London in 1992. During his career at Morgan Stanley, he provided advice on all aspects of M&A deal making and related financings across all sectors. From 2006 to 2009, Mr. Souviron was a Managing Director with the SUN Group, a private investment firm. Mr. Souviron holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University where he was recipient of the Sebastian B. Littauer Award for outstanding promise of achievements in Operations Research.
