Leo Arkhipov is the founder of Arktec Quant (2019), the company behind the Agentic Fabric — a decentralised frontier agentic platform redefining how autonomous agents, swarms, and AGI systems are governed, aligned, and orchestrated. Drawing on over two decades of broad technology experience including 7 years in consulting and over 6 years in AI systems engineering, agentic systems, quantitative modelling, and digital transformation, Leo combines deep technical expertise with a vision for ethical, reflective AI ecosystems. Leo led AI and transformation initiatives across enterprise and telecommunications sectors, earning multiple executive awards for leadership and innovation — and, in the process, connecting the dots on a vision that ultimately found life in the Agentic Fabric.
