Mr. Potter has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2011. Mr. Potter is currently the President and Chief Investment Officer of Wildcat Capital Management, LLC, a registered investment advisor. From August 2009 through August 2011, Mr. Potter served as the Chief Investment Officer of Salt Creek Hospitality, a private acquirer and owner of hospitality related assets.
