Les Hayman is co-founder and co-CEO of Chief Executive Organization Ltd, a UK based Company which focuses on Business Improvement and Global Competitiveness Strategies. Since his retirement from SAP in 2006 (inter alia CEO EMEA region; Head of SAP Global Human Resources), he has continued in his role as an SAP Ambassador. He is as well Chairman of the Board for the ROC Group of Companies (UK), a Board Member of RED Commerce (UK), Haufe-Umantis-AG (Switzerland), Matchcode-AG (Switzerland) and Chairman of Hunite (Netherlands), as well as having several consulting, coaching and advisory roles to a number of Companies across Europe and the US.
