As President of New Business Ventures, Lindsay Gaskins is responsible for directing four of CCA’s business units outside of the flooring and home industry; The Bike Cooperative/CCA Sports Retail Services, CCA For Social Good, savings4members, and Community Owners Buying Organization (COBO). In her role, Gaskins’ primary focus is to foster an environment of collaboration, cooperation, team building, and continual reinvention and innovation by seeking out opportunities, extensions of existing businesses, and potential new lines of business. With a background in entrepreneurial e-commerce, marketing and retail leadership; and experience in start-ups, big retail and strategic consulting, Gaskins has proven herself as a leader many times in her career by building innovative brands and engaging consumer experiences both online and in-store.
