Lindsay Wynter

Mr. Wynter is responsible for financial due diligence and other aspects of oversight of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Gores Operations Small Capitalization Group, Mr. Wynter held senior finance positions with The Gores Group and The Learning Company. Mr. Wynter also held finance roles in the consumer software business with Mindscape, Broderbund and Mattel, both in Europe and the US. He gained his accountancy qualification with Deloitte. Mr. Wynter is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
