Lionel Cormier

Lionel Cormier joined Demeter Partners in January 2008. He has more than 20 years of experience in private equity in SMEs. He started in this field in 1991 as an investment manager for BTP Capital, specialized investor in the buildings and public works as well as the environment field. Subsequently, he joined the private equity activities of Caisse des Depots et Consignations, from 1995 to 1999 as investment manager for the funds dedicated to eco-Industries and renewable energies, then from 2000 to 2005 as member of the board and then CEO of CDC Enterprises Services Industrie, a management company dedicated to capital expansion and LBO for mid-caps, then from 2006 to 2007 as General Manager of CDC Capital Investissement in charge of the capital expansion and LBO for mid-caps’ team, with €220 M under management.
