Ms. Liu founded Green Harbor Investments in early 2015, and led the fund's investments in all private equity projects in the Internet, healthcare, and consumer products sectors. The major transactions include the acquisition of leading in-vitro diagnostic companies in Zhejiang, the investment of Chain Home Real Estate, Lee's Pharmaceuticals, WuXi PharmaTech, Sanli International Education, ZhongAn Insurance and others. Prior to this, she served in the Yunfeng Fund as a professional private equity investor, participated in the investment and management of many well-known companies, including Xiaomi Technology, Youku Tudou, Ali Health, Jinhao and others. Ms. Liu was the executive CFO of PPStream Inc. in 2013 and led the company’s sale to Baidu. Before that, she served in the M&A business group of Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking Department, completing many important international cross-border M&A projects including AIA's acquisition of ING’s Asian operations and China Construction Grou
