Lori spent 12 years in strategy consulting and CFO roles prior to co-founding Silversmith Capital Partners. Lori began her career by spending two years at both Bain & Company and Berkshire Partners, before completing her MBA at Harvard Business School. She returned to Bain & Company for six years where she worked primarily in the private equity practice, both leading case teams and managing the internal operations of the group. In 2007, Lori joined one of her clients, Papa Gino’s, a private equity backed operator of 350+ Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo restaurants throughout New England, where she worked as Executive Vice President/ CFO for three years. She also worked as CFO for PR Management Corp, a 30 unit Panera Bread Franchisee. Lori received a BSE, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
