Lou Sandoval is the President and Managing Partner of Halo Advisory Group a management consulting firm working with Early Stage companies to help them scale and with Fortune 500 companies to drive digital transformation and the application of technology to improve operating efficiency at scale. Most recently Sandoval served as President and CEO of SupplyHive™, a software technology company based in Chicago serving Fortune 500 clients in the development of their Supplier performance and diversity metrics. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at Brunswick Corporation, a global consumer goods company based in the Chicago area. Lou has served on the Wintrust Bank Board of Directors since 2015 where he chairs the risk management committee and serves on nominating, compensation, and governance.
