Luc Maruenda joined Idinvest Partners at its inception in 1999 and focus primarily in the Information technology and services sectors. Prior to join Idinvest, Luc took part in the launch of the National Investor private equity program in Abu Dhabi (UAE), before Luc was Investment Director in the Offset team of Giat Industries (Nexter Group) in Abu Dhabi. Before Luc was CFO of Webcorp in San Francisco and worked as audit manager for four years at Cabinet Constantin (three years in NewYork and one year in Paris). Luc is currently board members of Clear2pay (Software vendor in the payment area), Crocus technology (semi conductor, MRAM), Groupe Bernard Julhiet (Services and Human Resource Management), Meilleure Gestion (Payroll Software vendor in mode Saas). Luc is also in charge of the fund raising activities for the FCPI/FIP funds.
