Based in Delta Partners’ headquarters in Dubai, Luis is a Partner with over 15 years of experience in the telecoms, media and digital (TMD) sector advising clients in different countries across Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. For the past eight years, Luis has been focusing on the telecommunications industry in the Middle East advising the largest telecom players in the region. His experience in emerging markets includes defining innovative growth strategies for local players looking to expand globally and beyond conventional connectivity services, as well as leading operational transformations of international telecom groups across both commercial and technical areas. Luis has also supported multiple clients in corporate finance assignments, including M&A opportunities assessment, sell case support and new business valuations, and in organisational design efforts, including numerous organisation and governance projects at both OpCo and Group levels.
