Luis Felipe holds more than 25 years of experience in structuring debt transactions and asset management. Prior to joining Alantra in 2014 as Managing partner of the Private Debt division, Luis Felipe was a partner at PwC, in charge of the Debt Advisory practice in Spain. In the past he has also been Managing Director at European Capital, a €2.8bn European mezzanine debt fund; Head of Leveraged Finance at BNP Paribas Iberia; a Director of Project Finance at BNP Paribas in New York and Paris. He has closed more than €50 billion of loans in over 45 debt transactions and has managed loan books of up to €1 billion.
