Luis is a highly analytical and goal-driven professional, focused on finding simple and innovative solutions to complex problems. With a strong background in Corporate Finance, Data Analytics and Business Strategy, Luis worked in the Financial Services Industry for more than 10 years in which he served in key positions such as CFO in Grupo GuatePrenda/Maxiefectivo (GPMX) and Head of Corporate Risk in BAM (Grupo Bancolombia), two of the most important lending institutions in the region. During his time in GPMX, Luis led a complex turnaround for a Corporation with more than 50 companies in 4 countries, resulting on an EBITDA growth of 250%+. Subsequently, he had a key role on the sale of the company to EZCORP (NASDAQ: EZPW).
