Luvvie Ajayi is a social media and web strategist, becoming a consultant after years of doing fulltime social media work for nonprofit organizations. She's also a longtime blogger, who’s been blogging for 8 years, 5 of which are at her humor blog, AwesomelyLuvvie.com. It is also winner of the 2009 Black Weblog Awards for “Best Humor Blog.” She's a graduate of The University of Illinois, with a B.S. in Psychology, but her professional background is in Marketing, Communications and New Media. She's presented at several conferences over the years on these topics.
