M&D Ventures, also known as m&dv and sometimes stylized as M&Dv, legally registered as M&D Venture Capital LLC, is a private American venture capital firm practicing a geography and sector-to-stage fluid approach. Founded in 2021 by the wife and husband duo, Maya and Duránd Davis, the company has its headquarters in Beverly Hills, California. As of 2024, m&dv has independently deployed capital through its small-cap fund, The Prodigy Fund.
