M7 Structura is a London-based venture capital firm investing in companies developing technology solutions to improve and create efficiencies through the real estate lifecycle and built environment. Established as an independent partnership with M7 Real Estate, we combine operational experience building and scaling real estate technology companies, expertise in the real estate industry and a track record executing technology investments with M7 Real Estate’s asset and fund management expertise. Funds will be invested at the Seed to Series A stage with initial investments of £250K – £3M.
