MSVF targets investments of up to $500,000 that span the range of company evolution and entrepreneurial needs. Short-term loans up to 12 months secured in the form of bridge or other interim facilities for companies with strong growth prospects, dealing with challenges, transitions or other short-term issues. Intermediate term equity and/or debt for one to three years with defined exits for consumer, healthcare, and technology services and product companies with market validation in growth and/or change of control circumstances. Longer term equity and/or debt for three to five years for consumer, healthcare and technology product, device and services companies that have high growth potential.
