Marcel Poelker is the CTO and Co-Founder of Taledo, a curated online recruiting platform that connects the top 10% of candidates with the best roles in Germany's digital ecosystem. Born and raised in northern Germany, Marcel graduated with an MS in Informatics from the University of Lubeck (DE). After working at Capgemini in Munich and heading up the IT department at payleven, a Rocket Internet company, Marcel and his co-founders started their own ventures in Berlin.
