Over 20 years of experience in education, telecommunications and IT services, in charge of operational continuity, engineering, pre-sales, processes, and solution development areas, working as an employee and as an independent service provider, which involves working on projects from different management and technical roles, the latter being achieved by constantly updating technical certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, AWS practitioner, VMWare VCP, data science post-title, AI/ML, etc. Wide network with TI industry brands and suppliers, with access to high-level management nationally and in Latin America. In 2015, I was part of the strategic planning of the next 5 years of the telecommunications company Gtd, which later involved building and leading various innovation and new solution release teams.
