My journey includes extensive consulting in management, technology development, and enterprise restructuring, as well as a decade fostering trade relations with partners across Asian and Western European markets. Entrepreneurship has always been a part of my DNA—I started my first business at the age of 16. I hold a background in Biology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and Law from the University of Warsaw. My studies in biology provided me with a profound understanding of the mechanisms that govern both natural systems and organizational dynamics.
