Marian is the Managing Partner of IPM, a UK-based fund management and advisory company, authorised and regulated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority to carry out investment advisory and arrangement activities. Since its inception, IPM has been mandated to advise on a number of asset-specific fund vehicles investing in large-scale emerging markets infrastructure projects developed by elements of the Samsung Group. This has seen IPM sign agreements with (i) Samsung Asset Management (Korea’s largest asset manager with c.US$180bn assets under management); (ii) Samsung Life Insurance (Korea’s largest life insurance company with c.US$260bn assets under management); and, (iii) KDB KIAMCO – (Korea’s largest specialist asset management company with c.US$195bn assets under management). IPM has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with CEFC Jade Capital, a branch of a private Chinese Conglomerate with revenue of US$35bn (2014), headquartered in Shanghai with energy and financial service
