I am a committed individual who quickly adapts to situations and acquire the engagement and trust of people around me in order to achieve the desired results. With more than twenty-five years of experience in investments, partnerships, growth strategy, operations management and corporate governance, I possess a management style based on decision-making and focused on results. I joined Desjardins Capital with enthusiasm in January 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. Within BDC, I had taken leadership roles in three different divisions: Venture Capital, Marketing & Public Affairs and Advisory Services. Previously, I was a venture capital investor in IT and in energy/cleantech, I worked for a telecom start-up in Czech Republic and in mergers & acquisitions at Coopers&Lybrand. I have always been very dedicated, both in business circles and in the community. I like to attend all sort of cultural events, such as theatre play and ballet, and sport events. I exercise and ski to stay in shape. M
