About

Marion has 12 years experience in debt and equity finance, including 8 years investing as a venture capitalist in early stage companies. She graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, after which she joined Barclays Bank plc where she focused on corporate banking and acquisition finance. She worked for 6 years for 3i, including 2 years in the Newcastle office and 3 years in the 3i Group Healthcare team as a senior investment manager. Marion then moved to Impax Asset Management Ltd based in London, where she led the investments for an innovative new venture capital fund focused on addressing the ‘equity gap’ in the UK recycling sector.
