Mark joined the Eden team as Finance Director in 2003, with the main task of managing the investment process and overseeing Eden’s investments from a financial perspective. A Chartered Accountant, Mark joined Eden from telecommunications software company Apertio, where he held the role of Finance Director. Prior to working at Apertio, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at Paragon Software, where he took the Company from a valuation of circa $50 million to $500 million with its sale to Phone.com (Openwave) in 1999.
