Mark Flolid is a retired (CEO, founder) Chairman of UCARF technology transfer company Peak Weather Resources and chairman and co-founder of Advanced Radar Corporation, a successful spin-out from Peak and UCARF. He co-founded and successfully led SignalSoft Corp. to an IPO in 2001 and was SVP of Marketing and Sales for SCC Inc. (now Intrado) which had a successful IPO in 1998. Mark holds a MS in Economics from The University of Texas.
