Mark Floyd has been a member of the Riverbed Board of Directors since August 2007. Mark Floyd has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cyan, Inc., a global supplier of software-defined networks since May 15, 2012. Hejoined the Cyan board as its first independent director in 2007 and was named chairman in January 2012. Prior to that, Mark Floyd served as Chief Executive Officer of SafeNet, Inc., an information security company, from July 2009 to July 2011. He has also held executive positions at NetWorth, Interphase, Scott Instruments, and Texas Instruments. Mark Floyd holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Texas.
