Mark Lewis co-led MissionPoint's overall investment strategy and was a member of the investment committee during his tenure at the firm. Mark continues to serve on the boards of MissionPoint's portfolio companies Trilliant, Inc. and UpWind Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining MissionPoint in 2007 Mark served as General Manager, Global Business Development for GE Energy, GE's largest industrial business with 2007 revenue of $22 billion. As global leader for the business development/M&A activities of GE Energy, Mark's responsibilities included originating, executing and integrating acquisitions and divestures as well as structuring and executing strategic alliances and JVs.
