Mark is a partner in our Tax and Venture Capital and Private Equity Fund Formation Groups and is based in our Silicon Valley office. His practice encompasses all areas of general corporate and partnership income taxation with particular emphasis on forming and representing US and international venture capital and private equity funds and structuring other partnership and joint venture arrangements. Mark has experience in structuring and implementing both taxable and tax-free acquisitions and dispositions of stock and assets of public and private companies. He has also represented U.S. corporations in connection with their foreign activities and foreign corporations in connection with their U.S. activities.
