Mark Miller is Founder and Managing Partner at CatCap GmbH. CatCap and the international M&A network Globalscope offer integrated cross-border M&A consulting for SME. In 2016 CatCap advised 26 transactions – the largest transaction with a deal volume of 400 million euros – so with Globalscope CatCap secured the second place in the front ranks in MergerMarket‘s midmarket league table. Mark Miller studied economics and business at the University of Witten/Herdecke and the University of Texas at Austin. A recipient of the Bertram Prize for Economics, Mark Miller is also a winner of the University of Kassel Entrepreneurship Essay Competition. Holding a BA in business administration, he worked at Deutsche Bank in the corporate client and asset management businesses before joining Bertelsmann AG as a strategic investment analyst.
