Mark Warren

Mark Warren is a co-founder of DCCC and serves as the company’s Chairman & CEO. Mark holds a B.A. (Hon) from University College, University of Toronto and a M.Sc. (Econ) from the London School of Economics. From 1998- 2014 Mark served as the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pethealth Inc. Pethealth was founded by Mark in 1998 and was a public company (TSX:PTZ) from 2001-2014. In November 2014 it was acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited for all cash consideration of C$100M. The purchase price represented 2.1x twelve months trailing revenue, 19.6x twelve months trailing EBITDA and was at a 69% premium to the common share price.
