Martin Spirig has been with INVISION since 2009. He is interested in investing in strong German medium-sized companies with market leadership. Currently he is responsible for investments in Kraft & Bauer and Schneider. Prior to that, he was also responsible for investments in RSD (divested in 2016), in Boost (divested in 2015) and Feintechnik (divested in 2014). Prior to INVISION, Martin Spirig worked for Bain & Company in Singapore, with consulting mandates in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Australia. He advised private equity firms and Asian sovereign wealth funds on due diligence and corporate strategy development for portfolio companies. Mr. Spirig supported additional clients in the integration of acquisitions and market entry projects.
