Marvin L. Shapiro is a Managing Director with broad experience in television and radio broadcasting, cable television, and allied activities. Among his many advisory transactions was the sale of KSTU-TV (Salt Lake City, UT) to FOX Television Stations, the sale of WICS -TV (Springfield, IL) to Guy Gannett Co., the sale of New Jersey Broadcasting Partners to Greater Media, Odyssey Partners’ acquisition of WPCQ-TV (Charlotte, NC) and the formation of both Queen City Broadcasting (WKBW-TV, Buffalo, NY), where he was a Director, and Telemundo Group. Additionally, Mr. Shapiro played a key role in the formation of Cable Management Ireland, Broadcasting Partners Holdings, and Spectrum Resources Towers, and served each as a Director. He was directly involved in formation of GoldenState Towers and Riviera Broadcast Group, of which he was a Member of the Board, and is a Director of ITN Networks.
