Mary Ann Turcke leads Bell Canada’s Field Operations a team of about 12,000 technicians, internal service representatives and managers. She is responsible for the delivery of telecommunication services to all of Bell’s residential and business customers. In 2012 Ms. Turcke was appointed to the Board of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) as part of Bell’s strategy to deliver the best content of all kinds to customers across all platforms. Ms. Turcke previously served as Bell’s Vice President, Customer Experience and Operations – Small Medium Business. Ms. Turcke holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University and began her career in the construction industry, designing and building roads and bridges for the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario.
