Mr.Hills has advised Resource Capital Funds since 2001, and joined in an in-house capacity in 2006. Prior to joining RCF, he practiced as a commercial lawyer, specializing in corporate and finance law in the resources sector. He has a B.Ec. degree from the University of Western Australia and a graduate LL.B (First Class Honors) from Murdoch University. Mr. Hills serves on the Board of Directors of the following portfolio companies: Global Advanced Metals Pty Ltd., First Bauxite Corporation and First Drilling Group.
