Massimo joined CreditAccess Asia in January 2016 as Head of Operations Support Team. Before CreditAccess, he worked as TA Field Expert in the REGMIFA TA Facility. Prior to REGMIFA, he worked for Microfinanza Srl, carrying out a number of consultancies in corporate governance and business planning worldwide. He is a founder of MicroFinanza Rating Srl, an international microfinance rating agency. Currently, Massimo is chair of the Steering Committee for the Risk management Initiative in Microfinance (RIM) and member of the Governance Working Group managed by CFI-ACCION. Massimo graduated in Economics and holds a Master's Degree in Development Finance.
