Mathew is a Managing Director of Kepler Capital and a Principal at Diamond Willow Advisory. Before that, he led Lynx’s Calgary office, and was responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions in Western Canada and the Northwest United States. He also oversees operations of select portfolio companies in that region. Prior to Lynx, Mathew worked for Ernst & Young where he progressed rapidly within the firm, receiving the fastest promotion to management in over twenty years. In that role, he led large, cross-sectional teams across a variety of projects primarily within the energy sector. His projects included financial modeling, financial analysis, due diligence, and Pro-forma accounting advisory for a number of significant financial transactions.
