Prior to launching the company,Mathias was the Managing Director of E*TRADE's International business which spanned fourteen geographies across Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Mathias was responsible for leading E*TRADE International to profitability and establishing it as the fastest growing business within the company.
