Matt Coad joined VPC in 2008 and is a Principal. He is primarily focused on developing and maintaining existing relationships with business intermediaries including service providers, business brokers and investment banks as well as attorneys, restructuring advisors and business owners. Mr. Coad also develops and coordinates certain marketing initiatives and outgoing communication to investors, potential investors, referral sources and other interested parties. He is actively involved in sourcing and fundraising diligence for Victory Park Funds and assists with portfolio management and industry research. Previously, Mr. Coad was a Credit Products Underwriter in the Middle Market Commercial Banking Group at Bank of America where he specialized in structuring and executing senior debt transactions. Prior to joining Bank of America, he completed the Commercial Banking Development Program at LaSalle Bank. Mr. Coad received a B.S. in finance from West Virginia University.
