Matthew is Founder and Group Managing Director of Eames Consulting Group a specialist recruitment and search firm. Since its launch in 2002, the firm has focused on the Insurance, Banking and Professional Services sectors. It is now a business with over 80 staff globally, operating from offices in London, Zurich and Singapore. He is also a Partner of Performance Change Consulting an independent and specialist consulting firm offering consultancy services across M&A, Distribution Channels, Organisational restructuring, System and Business Change Management. Matthew is also a shareholder and board member of Brightsparks Recruitment, a market leading graduate focused and event staffing and recruitment business.
