Matt founded PTV Healthcare Capital, a venture capital firm, in 2003 and has served since then as Managing Director. Matt has spent his 25 year career in the private equity, venture capital, banking and finance industries. He has served on more than 20 healthcare company boards of directors and currently serves on the boards of directors of several private companies. Matt is an Executive Committee member for The University of Texas Chancellor’s Council, as well as an active member of the Children’s Council for the Dell Children’s Medical Center Foundation. Most recently, Matt was appointed to the Wake Forest College Campaign Committee by the board of trustees. Matt holds a B.A. in History and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University.
