As CEO, I have overall responsibility and accountability for Clamason group activity in the UK and Slovakia. My priority is to ensure we put safety 1st in all that we do within the business. I prefer a hands-on approach to leadership and believe in an inclusive and collaborative environment. Having spent the early years of my career in Silicon Valley, I experienced the necessity for innovation in business and this underpins the core strategy for value creation in Clamason.
