Matthias Dill

About

Matthias is the CEO and Co-Managing Partner of Energy Impact Partners (EIP), Europe. He is an experienced VC-investor and board member. Prior to leading EIP's European efforts, Matthias built Statkraft Ventures, and was with High-Tech-Gründer Fonds, the leading seed-investor in Europe. Matthias studied Industrial Engineering at the Technical University of Braunschweig and at the University of Rhode Island, specialising in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and was awarded a doctorate from the Technical University of Braunschweig on Private Equity Financing of Medium-Sized Enterprises. Energy Impact Partners invests in companies shaping the energy landscape of the future, and do so through a collaborative approach to innovation, by bringing incumbents, capital and entrepreneurs together.
